The proposed Madonsi Gold Mine will involve both re-mining of existing dumps and mining of gold ore (Au) occurring in the Giyani Greenstone Belt (Giyani Group) Geological Formation using primary and secondary longhole open stopping underground mining method, with Run of Mine (ROM) beneficiated in a conventional carbon-in-leach processing plant for gold recovery. We are assisting the client with the mine development plan, mine design, environmental authorization and water use licence application. Project cost: est. R400million. Project duration: on hold.
