Bodlongwa River Resort is a holiday destination located 2.5 km off the R578 road to Giyani: and 40km of off the N1 highway from Louis Trichardt. The reserve features a rich biodiversity together with a small community of wild (friendly) animals inside the property compete with a water park, peddle karts, quad bikes, restaurant and events facility.
We partnered with Bodlongwa to facilitate regulatory compliance by acquiring an Environmental Authorisation, Water Use Licence Application including specialist studies such as Heritage studies, Geohydrological Study, Ecological Studies, Freshwater Studies, Master Layout Plan development.
We also developed river crossing designs, stormwater management plan and waste management plan. Project cost: R5.2 million. Project duration: 27 months.
